If you strongly care about how your car looks, then the Paint Protection Film (PPF) is what you’re looking for. PPF is glossier than Ceramic Coating but costs less than traditional paint jobs that cost thousands to apply. 

Paint Protection Film has the added benefit of self-healing properties, which means that when you run into something, scratches will fix themselves over time as the heat underneath your car’s exterior forces the foreign bodies to slowly push through the cracks, closing up the wound. Approximately 0.15 mm thick, the topcoat heals over time with exposure to heat from the sun or can be accelerated by using hot water.
